Black Forest cosiness in Traditional ambience
Falkenstube
Furniture and wood paneling of the Falkenstube
come from a former, old-established Freiburg wine bar.
The dark oak paneled walls and the antique tiled stove
give the room a cozy atmosphere.
Hans Thoma Stube
The Hans-Thoma-Stube is paneled in light, antique spruce, and was originally the parlour in a farmhouse dating back to 1776. It was named in memory of the Black Forest painter and sculptor Hans Thoma. As in the Falkenstube, here too a stove provides the necessary warmth in winter - and a delightful ambience all year round.

Deep underneath the Colombi lobby, more than 30,000 bottles with around 600 different wines are waiting for you.
Upon request we organize a "Diner Oenologique" for you, with three different corresponding wines per course.
