Due to vacation our restaurant Zirbelstube is closed
from 13 January 2026 until 26 January 2026.
During that time our restaurant Weinstube is open for dinner.
On 1 January 2026 we do not offer fine dining.

Black Forest cosiness in Traditional ambience
Falkenstube
Furniture and wood paneling of the Falkenstube
come from a former, old-established Freiburg wine bar.
The dark oak paneled walls and the antique tiled stove
give the room a cozy atmosphere.
Hans Thoma Stube
The Hans-Thoma-Stube is paneled in light, antique spruce, and was originally the parlour in a farmhouse dating back to 1776. It was named in memory of the Black Forest painter and sculptor Hans Thoma. As in the Falkenstube, here too a stove provides the necessary warmth in winter - and a delightful ambience all year round.
