Black Forest cosiness and regional specialities
The Hans-Thoma-Stube is panelled in light, antique spruce, and was originally the parlour in a farmhouse dating back to 1776. It was named in memory of the Black Forest painter and sculptor Hans Thoma. As in the Falkenstube, here too a stove provides the necessary warmth in winter - and a delightful ambience all year round. Here we serve mainly specialities from our own region, but you are also welcome to choose from our gourmet cuisine.
