since 1982. The four symbols denote a luxury-class
restaurant.

Gault Millau

Gault Millau honours the Colombi with an impressive
17 points, plus four cutlery symbols and
three hats.

Varta Guide

The Varta Guide acknowledges the gourmet restaurant with 4 out of 5 diamonds and names us as a "Varta tip", which identifies exceptional hotels and restaurants.

Vif Restaurant Guide

The Vif Restaurant Guide awards us 19 out of a possible 20 points. Our exceptional cuisine is also complemented by three red owls for the exemplary standards of our service.

Schlemmeratlas

Ever since 2000, the jury of the Schlemmeratlas has named chef de cuisine Alfred Klink one of the best chefs in Germany. It awards the Colombi with five wooden spoons, denoting a top class restaurant.

Marcellino's

Marcellino's guest ranking also gives the Colombi
top marks: food: 9, beverages: 9, service: 8, ambience: 7.

Highest possible category of the German Hotel and Catering
Association: accommodation for the most discerning; within a category, "Superior" refers to the top establishments with

The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. is the renowned
association of 430 of the best hotels, resorts
and spas in the world. The New York-based company consists of a network of 24 offices in major cities
around the world.
The association is dedicated to guaranteeing
travellers the correct selection of international luxury
hotels. Regular checks ensure that the exceptionally high quality standards are consistently met.

In 2008 Roland Burtsche was also named "hotelier of the year".
