The Colombi GmbH (referred to in the following as the hotel) accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the validity, legal content, completeness or quality of the information and materials it provides unless any errors were deliberate or grossly negligent. This covers any and all material and immaterial damages resulting from the use of the information and materials provided by the "hotel" on its website. All offers are free and non-binding.
